Interior design

Interior design, Posh office interior design, no absentees Attire for a man or a woman is always significant as it’s an identity, defines the individual attributes, enhances the confidence level and proves professional. Likewise, office interior design should be taken care off in all the best manners because it cordially invites the customers, a venue that best establishes their engagement with the staffs.

Also, it is the staffs that spend more time than the customers, that too, a back end office is the perfect staff junction. Hurry and a fumble start off the day to reach the office on time makes a staff’s mind puzzle, but as soon as he/she enters the office, his mind and conscience of the interior design should be pleasant and feel glad to work in the office, moreover, a sparkling smile face can be a posh addendum to the existing office design.

Work no Space

There of lot of pending work to be completed but there is no space for doing the same. A collective survey done across various organizations clearly states that the embarrassing office interior design leads to absenteeism, decreased efficiency and sometimes shift of job too, a volunteer attrition. Is space the only problem? Definitely not! Lack of natural light and a restricted view of the outside world remain to be the common problem. With a serious approach to narrate the typical problems faced by the employees, most veterans demand privacy and complaint about acoustical problem, while the beginners waiting to work in a lively environment.

Commercial design

Commercial design, Posh commercial Design. The word “Posh” need not necessarily stand only for the band wagons like Google which implemented a modern “Visual Engagement Mechanism” to trigger their staffs’ productivity but also for the small size employers who can implant greenery surrounding the office campus, make their staffs’ have a good view of the outside world. Also, number of windows can be increased to improve lighting factor and the ventilation. Ceiling can be optimized for the perfect acoustics. Senior and the top management staffs can be honored with the cabin system. There can be open-plan offices for some staffs where Zoning is useful to make the best use of the available floor space.

Collectively greenery, space utilization, good ventilation, optimum lighting, perfect ceiling constitute a Posh commercial Design and nothing else.
